Mark, is there a way that you can repost your last message with formatting/table that makes it easier to read? It shows up as a long list of text.

Re: The 2019 Bordeaux are coming out.

Great discussion.

Jeff, what’s your thinking about the drinking windows for TSC 18 and 19? Didn’t see that in your reviews.

Re: The 2019 Bordeaux are coming out.

Jeff: 1) thanks for your input/site, 2) did you/will you taste Lafleur? I didn’t see it on your site. Thoughts? and 3) would you share a list of wines that you are buying? Maybe in price categories (low, mid, high)?

$525 offered for Lafite. Someone above called it right on the mark.

First growths gonna get theirs.
Is that including the 25% tariff?
None of these prices include the POSSIBLE tariff (see the above posts as to why).

Re: The 2019 Bordeaux are coming out.

Going back to tariffs. It seems that some deal has been made. The en primeur price for the US and the rest of the world seems to be about the same. BUT in the States, the price INCLUDES the 25% tariff, should it still be in force when the wines are shipped. So somewhere, whether it is with chateaux...

Re: The 2019 Bordeaux are coming out.

My report on over 500 wines will be out next week. Wines are still arriving on a daily basis. Sneak preview on Pontet Canet and Palmer, perhaps? A sneak peak - of price, Ch. Palmer was released today through the distribution system to importers at 161 Euros/bt. Not much is being offered so i suspec...

Re: No Screaming Eagle for 2017

Now according to Galloni, there will be 4 barrels of 2017 SE produced, but only bottled in magnum. Didn't say if they will be offered for sale to listers? Each in a wood box with 2 bottles each of 2016, 2015 and 2014. Available in Holland. Good one...except that people are actually are seeking the ...

Re: 2018 Bordeaux Futures - What Did Everyone Buy?

How soon will it make sense to drink 2018 Bordeaux? If you listen to some people here about 2048 But if you listen to people that have actually tasted the wine, the answer would be far more nuanced and realistic. There are no wines from 2018 that need 30 years of age. ZERO! Maturity depends on the ...
