I just bought a set of Hestan Nanobond. They are gorgeous. Heat MUCH better than my All-Clad. They clean up incredibly easy. Only downside is the price. They are excellent however. Just saw their website...that's some hi-tech stuff..."surface is four times harder than stainless; withstands heat up ...

Dave Ramey is a very research-oriented guy, so I'm sure he didn't switch to Diam on a lark. Did he use Diam on the reds that far back? I'm curious.
