Maybe if the people that got ripped off on the BMW deal would have been more vocal some people’s radar would have been up more when he suddenly decided to start making Grand Cru Burgs. Maybe all this grousing could keep somebody else from getting ripped on his next deal/scam/endeavor.

This was Broc Cellars, I’m very curious if anyone has tried this.
I’m not great at notes, but this was really plummy, nice acid, but there was something there I simply could not put my finger on. No hint of green or really any Loire character, but it had a quality.

I just bought a set of Hestan Nanobond. They are gorgeous. Heat MUCH better than my All-Clad. They clean up incredibly easy. Only downside is the price. They are excellent however. Just saw their website...that's some hi-tech stuff..."surface is four times harder than stainless; withstands heat up ...
