Michel Arnould & Fils Champagne Grand Cru Extra Brut my brother in law left a bottle at our house the other night. It is a K&L direct import? A little astringent on the pop and pour but after an hour of air this is pretty nice! under 3 grams dosage and BRIGHT acidity.

Congrats! '73 is my favorite DP vintage from the 1970's. Thanks Ray! I've only had it once and it was great. Fingers crossed. The bottle looks great. So our bottle of '73 Dom turned out to be good, not outstanding. Probably opened up at about a B and got to B+ level ultimately. Still some fizz left...

2013 Marguet Champagne Grand Cru Bouzy with fried chicken and some watermelon. 77% Pinot noir 23% Chardonnay disgorged May 2018. Never been a big fan of zero dosage but this wine is just fantastic.
