Definitely buy in Denver because selection in Breck is poor. Divino, as previous noted, is good. I would also recommend Mondo Vino in Highlands. I would recommend checking out Angelita and Manolo y Celso in the Chueca neighborhood. I couldn't secure a reservation at DiverXo but did go to their casual sister restaurant, StreetXO, for lunch; there are no reservations so I would recommend arriving minimum of 45minutes prior to opening for lunch...

the last prime tenderloin I purchased at Costco actually had notable marbling. I trimmed and tied it off and then rubbed with EVOO, coarse Himalayan pink salt, cracked pepper. On the smoker for about an hour at 225 and then seared it off on the plancha. served with chimichurri

2nd the votes for Cellarmaker and Mikkeler, was at Mikkeler late February. I would also highly recommend Toronado in the lower Haight, cash only and the bartenders can be a bit surly but the selection is deep and varied.

Relae is exceptional. You may also want to look at Amass when it comes to Noma alums. Mikkeller is a must for beers as is WarPigs, collaboration between Mikkeller and Three Floyds. For a traditional Danish lunch of smorebord and schnapps you can't go wrong with Schonnemann.
