Lagunitas - their 2019 "One Hitter series" hazy IPA. It's actually pretty good, but more an unfiltered IPA than a full-on NEIPA.

not sure either. John Kimmich is commonly referred to as the originator of the hazy NE styled IPA/DIPA with the introduction of The Alchemists' Heady Topper way back in 2003, long before Trillium or Treehouse started brewing commercially.
