I just got a Rakuten email for first order on wine.com: 50% off + 30 off $150 +5%. My only issue is that any wine I'd want to order is so ridiculously overpriced, that with paying for shipping, it is not such a great deal. Any decent deals on Italian wine?

How does one get MacDonald for under $200 a bottle ? The mailing list price for several vintages was $150. Latest vintage was $175. Much less than Schrader mailer, comparing apples to apples. Not a fair comparison. Schrader makes thousands of cases of wine each year and getting on the list is not d...

Got my first offer this week for a Gorgeous 6-pack for $1350. The $200 for shipping and tax puts a sour taste in my mouth. Love TRB but are these worth the $260 a bottle? I’d suggest Maybach and MacDonald. Both are under $200 and are far superior to Schrader. Less costly to ship. No offense to TRB,...

It might be a florida thing, many wines people have mentioned are not available and the prices on the wines I am looking at - even when sorting by "savings" - are still much higher than wine-searcher. These wines are polarizing, as you can see from some of the responses. I would suggest trying a couple of different vintages, not all 2011's, and a couple of different cuvees. I am a big Saxum fan, but 2011 was the one year I had mixed experiences. The '11 James Berry and Booker were each wonderful,...

I put it in after the first pour.
