Funny! I made (paleo) shrimp burgers last night too! Homemade (paleo) remoulade and served on butter lettuce in lieu of buns. Tasted great.

Had a delicious dinner at Saba last week. We ordered a variety of plates and it was more than enough food. They are doing really great stuff there - it's pretty much the opposite of traditional New Orleans cuisine, but I do think it's one of the best restaurants in the city.

Disagree that they are overrated. Overpriced, yes, especially the last couple seasons. But (most of) the ones we get local and fresh in South Florida are delicious. I buy them at a seafood shack about half a mile from the beach. They get them fresh daily and I buy them and eat them same day.

Hi Adam - I recently moved to a new home and now have an induction stove. I use All Clad copper core pots and oans, as well as Lodge cast iron pans and my Creuset dutch oven. All work well - more a matter of my learning curve after a lifetime of a cooking on a gas range.

Like others, I have been significantly curtailing my purchases. But this is one of 3 domestic pinots I am still buying. Terrific wines, and while the Sonoma Coast is the QPR champ and drinks well early, I like the single vineyards, particularly summa and summa ov, with some age.
