Checking in. I'd say the green notes will generally decrease over time, but the path will not be linear. It's a living thing after all and all elements will expand and contract for a while.

We have mostly had the 08's and 09's. We have generally decanted for 45 min to 1 hr and drank over 2 to 4 hours. I would recommend an hour decant and follow it over 3 to 4 hours. Honestly, I forget. I will say that I always tried to get early-picked grapes (as soon after flavor ripeness as practicable) and my cabs generally have very good acidity.
