Cheesy Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 cauliflower
250g heavy cream (32%)
120g Comté cheese, grated
50-100g white bread/baquette breadcrumbs (1-2 days old)
2 bay leaves
1 clove garlic halved
1 sprig thyme
salt&pepper
Preparation
1. Cut the cauliflower in florets and wash
2. Mix breadcrumbs with cheese
3. Heat heavy cream and add bay leaves, garlic, salt&pepper.
4. When it is bubbling add cauliflower florets and cook with lid on medium heat for 10-15min
5. Pre-heat oven to 180C. After 10-15min put cauliflower to an ovenproofen form. Add thyme leaves and cheesy breadcrumbs on top. Optional drizzle with a bit olive oil. Put in the oven for 25min
6. Such tasty and crunchy.ENJOY
