French Pizza
Ingredients
1 ready-made puff pastry
1 fennel bulb, very thinly sliced
60-70g Speck or Parma ham
120g Gorgonzola dolce or fresh goat cheese
80g cream cheese
2-3 tbsp greek yogurt (optional)
1 egg
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 little garlic clove, crushed
fennel green ( from the garden) or the green from the fennel bulb
Preparation
1. Combine Gorgonzola dolce, cream cheese, yoghurt, egg, fennel seeds, garlic and salt&pepper
2. Roll out puff pastry on a baking tray
3. Add cheese mix on top
4. Also add very thinly sliced fennel
5. Finally Speck and put in the pre-heated oven for around 20-25min by 2O0C or 400F
6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with fennel green
