Ingredients

500g chicken thighs meat
3 lemon (juice only)
3 garlic cloves crushed
2 tbsp greek yoghurt
2tsp Tahini
1 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp spice mix oriental
( paprika, cumin, cinnamon, cumin, salt, garlic, brown sugar, tumeric, coriander, clove, anis, fenugreek, cardamom, pepper)

optional: 2-3 tbsp vinegar
Preparation
1. Put everything in a plastic bag and put in the fridge overnight
2. Remove meat from marinade and roast in a pan or put the meat on wood/metal skewers and roast on a grill or griddle pan. When you roast in a pan then you could add a little bit of the marinade into the pan at the end. Serve with hummus and pickles and tomatoes.
