Lemon Saffron Chicken

2-3 chicken breasts
2 lemon
100-150ml olive oil
1 tsp saffron


1.  Put the juice of the lemon in a bowl and soak the saffron in a little bit hot water for 5 min

2.  Add saffron to the lemon juice and finally olive oil.

3. Then add it to the chicken breasts and marinade for overnight or a few hours.

4. Sauté the chicken and 2min before serving add the marinade and reduce a bit. ENJOY
