Oriental Aubergine

4 aubergine
1 bunch chives
1/2 brunch parsley
1 organic lemon (peel&juice)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp Baharat or Raz el Hanout
1 onion
Cayenne pepper (a little bit)
1 clove garlic
100ml olive oil

1. Cut the aubergine in halve and use a little knive to crisscross them.

2. Put the rest of the ingredients in a blender

3. Add the paste and put the aubergine in the oven for 30-35 min by 180 C.

4. After 30-35 min turn off the heat and let it rest in the oven for 10-15min. ENJOY
