300g chicken breast

Teriyaki sauce ready-made  (mix of light soy sauce&Mirin&sugar)

1 bunch spring onions

wooden/steal skewer



1.Chopp the chicken breast in big slices


2. Trimm the spring onions and chopp in big slices


3. Put chicken and spring onion slices on a the skewers


4.  Marinade them for 1-2h in a little bit Teriyaki sauce


5. Roast them in a pan/griddle pan or on a grill


6. Finally drizzle with Teriyaki sauce, roasted sesame seeds and serve with rice and vegetables of your choice.  ENJOY
