800g carrots

1 tsp grounded cumin

1 tsp honey

1/3 cup water (approximately)

pinch cayenne pepper


1/2 lime or lemon

2 tbsp butter



1. Sauté the carrots on medium heat in butter and add cumin, honey, cayenne pepper and salt.


2. Then add water.  After 2-3min reduce the heat and add a lid. Let it cook for 15-20min


3.  Finally add more salt&pepper.  Shortly before serving add a dash lime/lemon.  ENJOY
