Potato Wedges Mediterranean

1kg potatoes

30-40g parmesan grated

lemon peel organic

sea salt

parsley chopped

olive oil



1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C. Chopp the potatoes in wedges.  Combine with salt&pepper, olive oil, lemon peel and grated parmesan.  Add to a baking tray and put in the oven for around 30-40min.  Serve with chopped parsley on top.
