Pulled Pork

Ingredients

1,3 kg pork collar

4-5 tbsp rub

0,75l apple juice, hot

0.3l water

cole slaw

 

Preparation

1. Put pork to a plate.

 

2. Add rub and wrap in clingfilm and put in the fridge for 12-24h

 

3. Pre-heat oven to 110C.  Add hot apple juice to an oven-proven form. Remove meat from the fridge.

 

4. Put form with apple juice to the bottom of the oven. And put the meat on the rack above. Let it in the oven for 10-11h. Maybe add some water to the apple juice after 5-6h

 

5. Remove the meat and put in alu foil to rest for 30min or even longer.

 

6. Serve with Cole slaw and a good BBQ sauce.  ENJOY
