400g feta cheese

500g  cherry tomatoes, halved

3 tsp oregano

3 cloves garlic, chopped

100g Kalamata olives, chopped

olive oil

1 red pepper, sliced

fresh thyme



1.Add tomates, pitted olives, red pepper, garlic, oregano to a bowl and add a dash olive oil


2. Combine everything


3.  Add feta cheese to an oven-proven form. Pre-heat the oven to 200C or 400F


4. Crush it with a fork


5.  Add tomato mix on top and put in the oven for around 30min.


6. Finally add an extra dash of olive oil and fresh thyme. Serve lukewarm (!) with a good bread. ENJOY
