Goose Island Beer Co. will open their annual Proprietor’s Day lottery on
Monday, October 1 for a chance to purchase tickets to the coveted event
taking place on November 11, 2018. From October 1 – October 8, fans of the
beloved beer can enter the lottery once daily at GooseIsland.com/PropDay
for their chance to purchase $30 tickets and the opportunity to buy the
2018 Bourbon County Proprietors at the event.

This year’s Proprietor’s is all about the chocolate. Using a combination of
dark chocolate and two types of cocoa nibs, this rich and decadent beer
highlights the whole range of chocolate from smooth and silky milk
chocolate flavors to deep and earthy dark chocolate.

Goose is shutting down the street outside of 1800 W. Fulton Avenue for the
ultimate Bourbon County Celebration. Local Chicago companies will be
sampling their unique goods made with or inspired by Bourbon County Stout.
Music, Food Trucks, and plenty of beer to everyone warm on what is likely
to be a brisk November day. There may even be some surprises from the past
along the way…

The lottery opens at 12:00pm CST on Monday, October 1 and will close on
Monday, October 8 at 11:59 pm CST.
