Mr. Flannery has generously offered a nice little snack pack of his world famous USDA Prime Dry-Aged Beef. This will be an auction lot with half the proceeds going directly to the Wine Berserkers’ coffers and the other half to Cooks Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. This lot includes shipping directly to the winning bidder and is valued at $300. I will also provide any tips for preparation that might me required.
