I have heard froma number of Reliable sources that this is a done deal the employees find out today and the media annoucment will come shortly.

Glad I canceled all my pending orders a while back with Sam’s and replaced them with a reputable retailer. I can see this getting really messed up during the integration. However, with Sam’s recent history, I certainly trust Binny’s much more to actually deliver on their commitments!
