Interesting- so the ‘wildness’ subsides with age you think? I haven’t had too many older bottles of Levet to say it myself (05 being the oldest). Will definitely keep this in mind if so.
Well, come to NYC! I think I have a vertical going back to 2003 as well some older vintages.

I agree 04, 07, 08 are in the zone. 05 not there yet for me (or maybe just not as good). Best to drink from Greg’s cellar.

I just need my kids to be a bit older before I can sell that idea at home 
Make it work related. Find a conference. Find an expo. You’ll feel terribly guilty at first. With time it subsides.
