I don’t mind s bit of Brett as it adds complexity. Too much can be off putting.
Late last year I opened a bottle each of the 2010 Charmes and Mazoyeres side by side at a wind dinner. They appeared very clean
I don’t go back that far with Taupenot-Merme but have had a few more recent wines that were excellent. In particular, I thought that a 2007 Mazoyeres Chambertin that I had about a year ago was quite good for the vintage.
