Was at Canlis this last weekend. Took a ‘14 Macdonald and was $10 per head, so $40 for the four of us.

We started with cocktails and also bought a bottle of 2017 Domaine Guiberteau Coteaux de Saumur Blanc Brézé to start that was recommended by the Somm. Wasn’t familiar with it, but thought I’d was pretty good. Reminded me more of a Chablis than a Chenin Blanc. Bottle was $150, seemed pretty fair for a restaurant markup they seem to run about $95 on Wine-Searcher.
