In, lots of choices: Brunello, Barolo, California Cabernet/Bordeaux blend. Sauternes, but I don’t think we need another; plus in addition a “dark horse”.

Just wanted to note that it will be Canada Day that day—I’ll be watching fireworks about the time you guys kick off. I’ll raise a glass to the assembled at our dinner beforehand though :slight_smile:
