I’m flying to Paris Econ Plus direct from SFO. Leaving in May and I booked my ticket 2 months ago. I would’ve rather flown on AF, but my trip companion had enough miles to get him round trip on United for free. It was only $300 more than regular Econ. It had to be Econ Plus for me since I’m 6’3" tall.
They didn’t recline (hard back). They go forward. Certainly nowhere near flat. United is having a business class sale for this summer to Europe – most of the tickets are in the $3000-$4000 range.
BA’s business class seats recline to flat.
