So…yesterday I got a phone message from Chris at Siduri/Novy that the “owners” (rather strange usage I thought) were shipping out
a package that should arrive “tomorrow” (Thurs). So…low & behold, ystrday a package showed up from UPS. Not a secret decoder ring…
not a first-born son…but a magnum of Bucher PinotNoir '13. That was the kind of customer service that you’ve come to expect from Siduri/Novy.
I can hardly wait until I hit the $200,000 mark now.
So a big shout-out to Diana & Adam…you’re the best.

I guess somebody from KJ saw this thread and thought, “Man, those Siduri and Novy brands have some real ballas for customers. We just gotta acquire them.”
The plaque will read:
"In honor of the man who paid for this addition to our house . . . "
Just think, Tom, your next hundred grand will go to KJ.
No wonder KJ paid so much for Siduri, with customers like that (not to mention customers like Eddie Vedder).
Adam, make sure to work the word “balla” into the plaque somewhere.
