For price, Fevre but drink young ahead of premox

For value Chablis, there are producers I like more than Fevre like Christian Moreau (I would have also highlighted Moreau-Naudet, but unfortunately Stephane Moreau died last summer).

There are simply too many excellent producers to have a meaningful result. So many names that aren’t on the list of choices (for me, mostly French).

Moreau is an excellent call. Very weird, but I never had a premoxed Fevre. Luck of the draw, I guess.
