I agree that unfortunately the out of state retailers ban is likely to continue. As I understand it there is one powerful distributor (family) who has been successful in blocking any further progress.
By the way, has anyone been through the process of shipping wine (a small personal collection) into MA from overseas? I know people who have done this into other states, and it doesn’t seem impossible, but I can imagine MA would be particularly difficult to work with viz. local laws. I’m contemplating doing this in a year or two.
