I thought I’d hear across the board positives, but this is not the case for Maldives.
And for the price, looks like I might have to pass.
Anyone have ideas for tropical with culture and kid friendly?
Seychelles and Mauritus are the obvious ones in that part of the world.
We’re headed there next month, and sad to find out how strict the rules are regarding bringing alcohol in, as obviously it would be nice to have a few bottles to share, to celebrate the HUGE trip.
We’re flying Emirates Business (with points) and staying at the Fairmont in an overwater bungalow.
Any further tips or tricks from those who have been in the last 6 years would be welcome.
Bring snacks as food is very pricey.
If breakfast is included, eat a late breakfast, and just have snacks for lunch.
