I love the cesar salad. Fish tacos are great too. The slices of kumquat on top are a really nice foil. I rotate in the carnitas and mushroom tacos along with the agua chile. All good stuff.
once. Wife eats little seafood so prix fine not her thing. Tuesday is taco night there!
agree w the kumquat–unfortunately they changed to red grapes and occasionally peach slices. The kumquats add a great citrus lift. Went there yesterday for a late lunch–place was packed and had to wait 30 min.
Interesting re. the kumquat. Just this morn. I was looking at the kumquats on my tree, which are the first decent crop, and wondering what I’d do with them.
Has anyone been to Café Zoolu lately? I haven’t been in years but went a few times with a friend that lived in Laguna and had great meals. We always brought wine. Their swordfish is as good as any I have ever had.

Both very good. Hard to beat an outdoor table at Studio in the fall.
