Re: Richmond
Interesting place. Decor reminds me of an upscale Bonanza restaurant, with wood floors and brick walls. Wine list isn’t going to wow you, but the food was worth of a repeat visit. Service was incredibly attentive and I genuinely enjoyed the experience. Not sure I’d go out of the way, given the other options, but for whatever reason this place was firing on all cylinders tonight and I really enjoyed it. Lone exception was the chicken wing with the John Dory, which was a bad surf and turf play. Pics below, because it’s more fun that way.
For the record, the flash is obscuring “lamb belly sausage.” Good stuff.
