Steam Machine for barrels, at least a few porta tanks for small rackings, floor space for rackings that aren’t too far from the tanks you are racking to, space for forklift to get by those barrels that you are racking if there are things on either side of that racking that need getting to, shop to keep tools and a place to fix stuff, storage/cabinet space for all those things that you don’t want visitors to see on their tours (now double the space), lunch/break room for employees, hot/cold glycol, tanknet, well-placed stainless steel tables, no exposed horizontal structural pieces where dirt/grapes/grime can accumulate, walls that can be washed down easily, really durable floor epoxy.
