Pecan Lodge would be worth it and honestly, if she gets there 20-30 minutes before opening time she’d get a good spot in line. There is Hard Eight BBQ in Coppell but IMHO Pecan Lodge is among the top in Texas.
Pecan Lodge is amazing–best brisket I have ever had–sausage and sides great, too.
