Bulk Dried Chile Sources

I just bought a pound each of chipotles and anchos from two vendors that work on Amazon; Sweet Pea Spice and Olive Nation.
Both look great and compared to what I just finished off, are much fresher (more pliable and vibrant smelling).

Any time Jay. Now through the end of the year will be insane for me workwise, but we should hook up after the New Year. I may even have a bottle of McPrice Myers or two laying about in the cellar.

I looked at the bag, by the way, and it turns out to be 5 pounds, not 10. Still a lifetime supply.
