We stayed there in 2011, and agree it was fantastic. Only downside is that it’s a few minutes drive outside of town, up into the hills. Not an easy walk down and back up if you were inclined to do that. Having said that, we hope to go there again.
Been looking at AirBnB options in and around Beaune as well, which look pretty good!
Another great site for renting apartments or houses is homeaway.com, we found a nice house in Beaune last September that we stayed in for the week.
Highly recommend the AirBnB “chambre d’hote sous le baldaquin”. It’s a beautiful townhouse bed and breakfast; the next time I go back I’m going to stay there again. However, it’s helpful if you speak French. The proprietor, Yves, is just about as kind a host as you could imagine.
