Small 500 case Washington winery here. Brought in 3.5 tons of Sangiovese and 1.5 tons of Cab Sauv yesterday from Red Mountain. Fruit is excellent. Small berry size and great flavor. Previously harvested Syrah. Weather forecast is for possible hard frost tonight 
, getting down into 20s in parts of Columbia Valley. Wind machines will be busy. Hoping for the best. Still have 2 tons of Cab and Franc waiting over at Conner Lee Vineyard near the Wahluke Slope. Has been a great year so far but it may be coming to a screeching halt.
