Was my go-to in high school. 5.5% ABV gave you the best buzz for the buck.
But there was something about ALL those ice beers - the hangover was horrible. Maybe we just couldn’t handle 5.5% back then.
People used to break the law just to get Coors beer. I know one guy who, with a buddy, drove 400 cases of it from Texarkana, Texas to Atlanta, Georgia for a party. The cops were chasing him the entire time!
