60s/70s Retro Dinner

I had no idea… I’d have guessed this as more of a 50s dish. Serve with coffee made from acorns.

Have just got “The Prawn Cocktail Years” by Simon Hopkinson; this seems to have a lot of what I’m looking for (as well as a very droll writing style).
More when I’ve digested (?) it…
And will get the Tower book too for American flavour. But it’s the Chelsea Bistro thing I’m after I think.
