Lev, I simply used a couple different email addresses and had my wife pick them up from Tippr and buywith me too. On top of that there was a deal on fab.com…basically a groupon for gay men of all things…that I capitalized on too. They had a deal on there that offered 50.00 vouchers for only 20 bucks. I am sure what I did isn’t entirely on the up and up, but they could have easily prevented it at some point by not allowing me to deposit that many vouchers into my account, so I don’t carry any guilt. I have had luck finding these voucher deals by simply googling “Lot18.com vouchers”. However, I think lot18 has backed off on their voucher offers with these group buying sites for the time being.
Great! The credits at Living Social are different than some group buy sits, you can only get credit for 3 referrals, then your purchase is free. In other words, if 3 or 50 people use my link, it is the same. I have 3 who have used mine, so someone else should put there’s up to use. - Trev
here is another link. Take yours down if you tip your account at 3 referrals.
Appologies to David
I didn’t mean to jump anyone
I was trying to get the url posted I guess
while he was posting - please use his first
I didn’t mean to start a “free for all”
Cheers
Rip
Has anyone encountered issues where the Living Social referrals stop working? This was mentioned in another forum. Apparently, at some point the referral links just lead to a signup page and never take you to the deal, thus its impossible to get your deal for free.
By the way, here is an invitation code since the Wineberserkers one is expired:
Yep, had the same issue. I emailed them with the name and email address of the people I referred and they said I was good to go. My receipt on the LS site does not indicate that my deal was free (past receipts have) but the charge hasn’t yet hit my card.
Good for you…and good to know that’s an option. It was late a night by the time my friends got to their email. They tried in vain to get the links to work and wound up giving up.
