Has anyone tried his Spritz Rose? I’m embarrassed to say I liked it quite a bit, at least as far as spritz Rose goes. Light, restrained, refreshing. A nice poolside refreshment.
Posted in another thread:I got some in Portland (a friend brought them up for me). I didn’t get a high amount of spritz-I would call it barely petillant-but I enjoyed it a lot. I was expecting a touch of sweetness but it was bone dry, light, and refreshing. I’d call it a session wine. Turns out 12 oz isn’t enough, though.
Also, night 2 of the opened 2015 Dundee Hills Pinot was just as if not more enjoyable as the first. Good stuff.
Glad you liked our collaboration. Next year we’ll see if we can get a little more carbonation in it.
