We had the 15 yesterday and it was good but nothing memorable. Took a while for the nose to come around. Black fruit, earth, pencil shavings, balanced but nothing to say wow. Solid effort.
I’ve had a few from halves, and they wake up substantially on day 2-3.

@ErlendFA I didn’t take a formal note as this was not giving much of anything last night. Very muted nose, somewhat lighter on the palate after hours of air, but nowhere near what I’d call open. I’m holding the rest of mine and hoping it becomes more approachable in time.
