Napa lodging sticker shock

Weekend rates for the first weekend in August…yikes.

I’ve been working down the list provided by Randy and Carrie on their website. Any other thoughts/suggestions for 2 couples?

Also anybody have a hook for a designated driver?

Sorry such short notice, but this just opened up.

Lastly does anybody in SFO area need anything from MN that’s hard/expensive to get (k-mama sauce, neuske’s, local beers/ciders, loons gear)?

I got nothing for you, but wtf is loons gear?

(PS - have fun)

Try over the hill in Sonoma/Kenwood/Santa Rosa it’s only a 30 minute drive tops and you have the added bonus of being in Sonoma County.

my best advice is to avoid weekends and go in the off season, but otherwise, listen to Brian. You might also want to consider AirBnB.

I just checked out the Sonoma sticky…awesome job, Brian.

If you are simply looking for inexpensive lodging that isn’t tooooooo far and you don’t mind concrete jungle-esque scenery- check out hotels in Fairfield, CA. The Courtyard there is 23min from downtown Napa and $161 that weekend. There is plenty of stuff less expensive there, too.
