We were planning on a day trip to Catalina Island the Sunday after Falltacular, since we have never been, but with weather forecasts calling for rain we don’t want to be on foot tourists. What are some suggestions of things to see, places to go, somewhere for dinner, that aren’t in the LA Metro area. We’re not big on crowds and traffic. We have a car and would prefer to keep coastal. We are staying in Dana Point. Ideas?
Laguna Beach has lots to do and it’s 3 miles from Dana Point. Shops, restaurants, beach, and walks.
