Has anyone been to burgundy recently and had any success renting a nice house for a week. We’ve had great luck doing so in Piedmont and are trying g to recreate in burgundy this summer. Ideally somewhere near Beaune.
We have stayed in Pommard (twice) when in Burgundy. Small town, can walk everywhere. Several nice restaurants and 10min drive to Beaune. Look at VRBO for rentals.
Many of the vignerons are renting places through various brokers. We stayed in a lovely, new 3-bedroom in Pernand Vergelesses owned by Dubreuil-Fontaine.
