My wife and I will be in Munich for a couple of nights and neither of us have been there before. Any recommendations of where to eat and what to do?

Went to Alter Hof in the city center.
They specialize in Franconian wine which was very cool. Lots of Bocksbeutel bottles, Sylvaner, Bacchus, etc. Also got my Schnitzel fix there. Owner/Manager came out and had a good chat about several different glasses that I had there.
Other than that, I’m sure there are better sources for fun, Nymphenburg is great though for a visit.
Soak up the vibe in a loud, convivial bierhall. I like weisses brauhaus. Get there early if you want to try the pigs’ feet. They go fast.
