Leaving for paso robles on saturday. Will fly to Monterey and travel down hghwy 1 for scenery. Will stay at Moonstone beach for a night. Then visit Hearst castle sunday am before driving over to Paso Robles. On the way will stop at Epoch, Caliza and Cypher. Plan to stay at Hotel Cheval. I have tastings set up for Denner and Turley on Monday and Adelaida and Tablas creek on tuesday. Any other recs?

Had a woderful stay in Paso robles. Stayed at Hotel Cheval which I would highly recommend. Visited multiple wineries. Among my favorites were Turley, Denner, Tablas Creek, Adelaida, Caliza and Lone Madrone( the winemaker from Tablas Creek). Ate at Artisan-casual atmosphere-good food and Bistro Laurent-excellent 5 course meal with wine pairings.
