Ireland: Heritage Card and the Dublin Pass Question?

My neighbor is taking his family and daughter for graduation to Ireland. They leave next Thursday. They are thinking of doing both the Heritage Card and the Dublin Pass (mostly for the Jamison and Guinness Tours plus the free bus rides), is that a good idea or too repetitive? They will be 3 days in Dublin, 1 in Kilkenny, 2 in Dingle, 2 in Galway and then back to a Castle outside of Dublin for a day.

Skip the Jameson tour. The Old Jameson Distillery on Bow Street is a tourist center and is no longer a working distillery. The tour guides are cute, but unknowledgable. I don’t know anything about the Heritage Card and Dublin Pass. The Guinness experience is better and worth going once.
