Wineries - a whole bunch but one of my favorites is Tablas Creek (and a beautiful drive)
Lots of threads on Paso wineries.
For restaurants, my favorite on my last visit was Artisan. Villa Creek is not as good as it once was, but is still usually worth a visit.
