Athens plane flights

Will be taking a cruise out of Athens next year. Trying to find a decent airline from US that has business class service. Any ideas? Not a big fan of US airlines.

Lufthansa. Have to connect via Munich or Frankfurt. Star Alliance too if you’ve got United miles.

I fly LAX-LHR-ATH (with a stopover in London on the return) annually on BA’s Airbus 380. No terminal change at Heathrow, easy peasy. Tonight happens to be the last night of this year’s trip. Flying home from London tomorrow.

Delta flies nonstop to ATH from JFK.

Is it British Airways to Athens as well?

Yup. BA the whole way.

Delta business is by far the best/consistent American product.
Lufthansa, Swiss, Austrian and Turkish offer good J product with easy connections. I left off BA and AF as LHR and CDG make connections difficult IMO.
Note intra-Europe business is really a coach seat with a blocked middle and slightly upgraded catering (as opposed to US domestic F)

I generally agree about avoiding connections at LHR; however, this route connects in and out of Terminal 5, both ways.

Best product is probably SQ J, JFK-FRA on their 380 then connecting to a LH flight to ATH

Easiest route is what mark described above, LAX-LHR-ATH

Did this but the Athens leg was Aegean, IIRC. Also Star Alliance

Hopefully Greece is still functioning next year…
